KEWANEE 7 TEAM MEET The Rebels XC teams went to Baker Park in Kewanee Tuesday (Sept. 18) afternoon to participate in a 7 team meet hosted by the Kewanee Boilermakers. The Rebel Girls dominated their race placing 4 girls in the top 5. Olivia Frail (20:17) was the overall winner of the Girls race. Ashley Orrick (21:11) was right behind in second place followed by 4th place Josie Price (22:54) and 5th place Lena Becker (23:06). Trinity Shimmin (24:10)rounded out the scoring for the Girls just missed finishing in the top ten with her 12th place finish. Alyssa Dyken (24:19) and Sarah Fairfield (25:47) were the other Girls finishers. The Rebels Boys finished 3rd as team. The Rebels top three runners ran a tight pack finishing 7, 8, and 9. Riley Down (19:08) edged Dawson Dyken (19:21) and Alex Welch (19:29). Rounding out the scoring for the Boys were Payton Stahl (21:16) and Caden Daum (22:04). Also running for the Boys were Jack Winans (22:55), Colby Carroll (23:36), Brett Browning (26:11) and Christopher Roark (27:35). Kewanee 7 Team Meet Champions
